Shearing machine:

    This machine is mainly used for shearing plate with a thickness of 0.8-16 and a width of not more than 4000mm. The yield strength of the sheared plate is 450N/mm2 as the calculation basis. If other sheared plate with a thickness greater than this strength is needed, the maximum thickness of the sheared plate should be reduced accordingly.

    The machine adopts steel plate welding structure, hydraulic transmission, nitrogen return journey, stable and reliable work, small volume, light weight, good rigidity, low noise.

It is quick and convenient to adjust the gap of cutting edge, and the machine is equipped with front supporting material and rear retaining material.

    Bevel gear mechanical transmission is adopted for the rear baffle, which is convenient and reliable for adjustment.

    The front supporting material is located by counting block with ruler, in addition, it is provided with light alignment line, which is convenient for marking and shearing of sheet material.

    The machine can stepless adjust the stroke of the tool holder (time relay) to improve the efficiency of shearing narrow sheet.

The machine is also equipped with protective barriers to ensure safe operation.
